Our History

Bach Corporation was founded by President and CEO, Dale L. Rindlisbacher in 1976. Thirty years later what began as a family business with only two employees has grown to become a very reputable development and building company along the Wasatch front employing over 60 dedicated employees.

Building Strength

The commercial division of Bach Builders has constructed 24 commercial projects in the Western United States. The development division of Bach has developed over 50 subdivisions.

Management Expertise

Bach Property Management currently manages over 2,200 multi-family dwelling units owned by Bach, all of which maintain an above average occupancy. Bach currently manages over 16 income properties valued at over $160,000,000.
